The Supply Service are recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker on behalf of a client based in Hope, Flintshire
Our client are a vibrant company that provides integrated therapeutic care to children between the ages of 8 years & 18 years. Salary: £26,728 – £28,100 per annum
Location: Hope, Flintshire
Requirements:
Diploma / NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People.
Start date: 02/06/25
Closing date: 31/07/25
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a positive environment & atmosphere to accommodate the needs of the young person
- Providing appropriate care and support as identified in the young person’s placement plan
- Providing support & preparation towards independence for young people
- Support & Guidance to young people by removing barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve their potential.
- On average there are x3 sleep-ins per month (paid at an additional rate)

Successful applicants will be empathetic, have a passion for child centred care and posses positive role model qualities. We provide the highest levels of care to our children and new additions to our team must respect the company ethos. It is essential that you hold a full driving license and are at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes. A good standard of education is required and applicants must either hold or be prepared to work towards a Diploma / NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People.
