Cover Supervisor, Flintshire
The Supply Service are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor on behalf of a school based in Flintshire.
Successful applicants will have the ability to motivate students, ensuring that lessons are delivered in a calm, focused and constructive atmosphere. Must be confident delivering prepared lessons, supervising whole classes of students whilst ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

We have further supply work available in Primary & Secondary Schools and FE colleges across the county, particularly in the following areas: Connahs Quay, Buckley & Holywell.
As a Cover Supervisor you'll need to have:
- Knowledge of many subjects within key stage 3 & 4
- Skills in organising classrooms for maximum teaching possibility
- Adapt to set work which has been provided to suit all abilities
- Maintain discipline
- Build rapport with pupils & staff
