The Supply Service are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a warm, welcoming and thriving nursery setting in Conwy for an enthusiastic and passionate Nursery Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner — or someone ready to take the next step into leadership — to join a nurturing setting with a strong focus on outdoor learning, child development and creating a positive environment for both children and staff.

Monday to Thursday – x4 days per week 

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the nursery team, supporting the continued growth of the setting and helping shape its future alongside the owner.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Early Years education and ready to make a real impact within a supportive and ambitious setting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum Level 4 qualification in Early Years (or currently working towards this qualification) and progressing towards Level 5
• Experience within an Early Years or nursery environment
• A good understanding of Welsh legislation and the CIW inspection framework
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team
• A calm, positive and approachable personality who thrives in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, warm approach with families
• An appreciation and enthusiasm for outdoor and nature-based learning
• Ambition, motivation and excitement for developing within a leadership role
