Our Team

Matt Davies

Director

With over 15 years’ experience in recruitment — including 13 years specialising in the Education sector — Matt launched The Supply Service in 2022 with a clear vision: to provide a more personal, relationship-led approach to education recruitment. At the heart of everything is building genuine partnerships, understanding what schools and candidates truly need, and matching great people with the right environments where they can thrive. Since launching, the focus has been on developing a strong, values-driven team and creating a service that schools can rely on day in, day out. Supporting clients, opening new opportunities, and helping educators find the right fit continues to be what drives the business forward. The most rewarding part of the role is the relationships built across the region — with schools, candidates and colleagues alike — and being a trusted, dependable partner within the local education community. There’s always an eye on improvement too: refining processes, increasing efficiency, and making things easier for the people who rely on us — while never losing the personal touch that defines The Supply Service.

Kim Dexter-Davies

Marketing Manager

With seven years’ experience in social work and four years in Human Resources, Kim later transitioned into marketing and has led The Supply Service’s marketing function for the past three and a half years. Her background gives her a strong understanding of people, communication and the sectors the business supports. Kim is responsible for shaping the company’s brand presence — from digital marketing and campaigns to community partnerships and promotional activity across North Wales. Based in Wrexham, The Supply Service supports schools and organisations across education, professional and social care sectors. Kim ensures the company’s messaging reflects its values: local, trusted and people-first. Always focused on growth and improvement, she works to strengthen the company’s visibility, build meaningful connections and ensure The Supply Service continues to stand out in a competitive market.
