Nurseries

Our recruitment process starts with sourcing experienced and passionate candidates, including qualified nursery practitioners (Level 2, Level 3, and above), room leaders, and support staff. We advertise roles across targeted job boards, early years networks, social media platforms, and our own pool of trusted candidates.

All applicants undergo a thorough compliance and vetting process, including:

• Enhanced DBS checks
• Qualification verification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, EYTS)
• Full safeguarding checks in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Recent, relevant references from childcare settings
• Right to work and ID checks

We place a strong emphasis on recruiting individuals who not only meet the technical qualifications but also demonstrate warmth, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children. For temporary and supply roles, we ensure our staff are flexible, reliable, and well-prepared to support the routines and ethos of each nursery setting.

Ongoing support and professional development are a key part of our offering. We provide access to CPD-certified training and regular updates on best practices in early years care, ensuring our staff remain confident and compliant in their roles.
